Constructonomics will represent and guide an owner
through the design and construction process.
This service entails selection and coordination of
architects and design consultants, developing
preliminary designs, budgets, and schedules, and
then administering contracts with general
contractors or trades and managing the
construction process. We represent the owner
with experience in design and construction and use
this experience to maintain project quality,
budget, and schedule.
Constructonomics provides clients with
project schedules in Primavera P6 software and
Microsoft Project. Baseline schedules are
developed with input from all contractors and then
updates are made monthly. The schedule is
developed with the intention of moving the project
forward within anticipated timelines, but can also
be used as a tool in the event of delay claims to
contractors or owners.
With LEED accredited professionals on
staff, Constructonomics will consult and
administer the LEED certification process through
the United States Green Building Council. We
will give recommendations on the cost
effectiveness of LEED credits and LEED
certification as well as administer the extensive
paperwork and submittals required to move your
project toward silver, gold, or platinum
With extensive experience with AutoCAD and other
computer drafting software, Constructonomics can
perform CAD drafting for the production of
architectural, civil, structural, and MEP
plans. We are familiar with communication of
CAD drawings through etransmit and FTP servers.
