In what year do you think green will be commonplace? I know it is not going anywhere. At first there was a lot of hype about whether or not it was worth it. I think now people are realizing that it’s worth it, so they are participating in it, as you said. But when will it be so common that we don’t even think about it — do you think we are already there? There are some states that basically require LEED certification on all new buildings. Green is here to stay…I hope that actual “green” phrase goes though.
