We have been scanning the existing construction documents and putting them into an organized digital format. We have also illustrated to the FM departments how we can take the campus documents and create a smart campus map, that when the curser is palced on a building, with one click, the related documents appear in a searchable PDF format. We have presented to the construction and design department our project document management services that captures and archives all high content project information through out the entire lifecycle of the project (Pre-Con to project close out and back-up storage. All of the support staff gave high markes to our services but the department head said that they were to busy to explore our service.

Our document management service can be deployed within 24 hours of receiving the information to be published on our dash board in easy to use PDF format.

I would be very interested in working with you as new document management processes evolve i.e. BIM (Building Information Management & IPD (Intergrated Project Delivery)

I am sure that we can contribute to substantial savings in time and dollars spent.

Sincerly,
Jim Costello
