Below is a list of projects that are bidding between 2\/3\/10 and 3\/10\/10 on which I am looking to partner.\u00a0 I will be providing free pre-construction services and administering as much of the bid as you would like in exchange for providing the required bonding capacity to do the job.\u00a0 I will also work as a project manager on the site at rates lower than market value.\u00a0 Please contact me at john@constructonomics.com if interested in any of these opportunities.<\/p>\n

I am particularly interested in the theatre, research center renovations and the public school because my background suits them well,\u00a0 however I would certainly be interested in any of the listed projects.<\/p>\n
