\nbeing published in the Delaware State News on Friday, April 23.\u00a0 The text
\nof the ad is as follows:<\/p>\n
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
\nSafe Haven Animal Sanctuary of Sussex County, Inc
\nTax parcel number 1-35-11.00-6.03 on Shingle Point Road, off Route 9
\nbetween Georgetown and Milton in Sussex County, Delaware.
\nSeparate sealed BIDS for the construction of Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary
\nwill be received on Thursday, May 20, 2010 by 4 p.m. EST at the Offices of
\nTunnell and Raysor, 116 W. Market Street, Georgetown, DE.\u00a0 Bids will be
\npublicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.\u00a0 The SCOPE OF WORK
\nconsists of a 19,500 square foot building with indoor and outdoor living
\nspace for the 400 cats and dogs, and veterinary care facilities, and
\noffice and public spaces, and green components to meet LEED Certification
\nstandards.
\nADDENDUM #4 details the changes to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS since the prior
\nbid process which concluded in January, 2010. ADDENDUM # 4, as well as the
\nfull set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at two offices of
\nTunnelland Raysor: 116 W. Market Street, Georgetown, DE and; 323-E
\nRehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth, DE.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Copies of ADDENDUM #4 may be purchased
\nseparately at Dicarlo Digital Copy Center, 2006 Northwood Drive Salisbury,
\nMD 21801, and the full set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may also be purchased
\nthere.
\nA non-mandatory PRE-BID CONFERENCE shall be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2010
\nat 3 p.m. EST Offices of Tunnell and Raysor, 116 W. Market Street,
\nGeorgetown, DE. The right is reserved, as the interests of Safe Haven may
