\"vineProposals are being collected on a 250,000 square foot mixed use historical redevelopment in Center City Philadelaphia. They are seeking LEED certification on the job while providing hotel, retail, and museum space.<\/p>\n

The project is funded by the City but they are hiring a developer to propose a plan and oversee the project. They are looking for groups or organization that have experience with similar types of urban development.<\/p>\n

Proposals are due on September 10, 2010.<\/p>\n

This is a fantastic job and I am offering to bring my civil engineering and construction management background to the project as well as put in a lot of the grunt work involved with proposing on the job.<\/p>\n

If there is an architect or developer interested in proposing, I think we would make a great team.<\/p>\n
