I am looking to partner with contractors on the following publicly bid projects. If anyone is interested in partnering on this work, I will provide pre-construction and bidding services and then aid in the project management. This is a great way to get work without the costly expenditure of bidding time. Since there are several bidders on jobs these days, it costs a fortune to bid enough jobs to actually get one.
