Looking for Partner on 1801 Vine Street Redevelopment Philadelphia

vine photoProposals are being collected on a 250,000 square foot mixed use historical redevelopment in Center City Philadelaphia. They are seeking LEED certification on the job while providing hotel, retail, and museum space.

The project is funded by the City but they are hiring a developer to propose a plan and oversee the project. They are looking for groups or organization that have experience with similar types of urban development.

Proposals are due on September 10, 2010.

This is a fantastic job and I am offering to bring my civil engineering and construction management background to the project as well as put in a lot of the grunt work involved with proposing on the job.

If there is an architect or developer interested in proposing, I think we would make a great team.
