Seeking Joint Venture Partner for Justice Center in Bucks County, PA

There is a justice center in Doylestown, PA bidding on November 18th, 2010 that will total in value approximately $50 million.  I attended a mandatory pre-bid meeting about two weeks ago on this job.  It looks like a great project, but unfortunately, I do not have the bonding capacity to propose on this project alone.  I’m looking for someone who may be able to provide bonding for this job and partner with my firm.  I will aid in the bid proposal process as well as support the project management team when the job begins.  Please contact me at john@constructonomics.com if you have any interest in bidding this job.
