Seeking Partner On 250,000 sq. ft. Joint Operation Center – Must Be Capable of Bonding $250M

I am currently working on a US Military project in New Castle, DE of a similar nature.  I would like to supplement a team capable of meeting the $250 million bonding requirement.  I am familiar with government projects and their specific requirements.  I will prepare the proposal and assist in all preconstruction activities in exchange for being included in the project team.  Please contact John Poole at john@constructonomics.com if you are interested.  Below is the project description.  Letters of interested are due to the government on February 8, 2013.

Project Description: The scope of this contract will include constructing a multi-story Joint Operations Center (JOC) along with supporting infrastructure. The square footage is 242,000. Project consists of core and shell structure and foundations; elevator conveyance systems; electrical/mechanical service and distribution components/systems; fire protection alarm/suppression; information technology infrastructure, communications, and security systems support infrastructure. Interior will include raised access floor systems, acoustically-rated interior partitions and ceilings, power, lighting, environmental control and communications. Site infrastructure will include primary electrical service to the site, storm water management, water, sewer, chilled water distribution, and telecommunications pathways. The entire structure will be built to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards. The JOC will be constructed to LEED Silver level.
